Dell considering a bid for Zscaler

Broadcom remains the frontrunner, but watch out - the B-team is coming!

There are a couple of interesting tidbits to share. From Dell to the analysts in 3 minutes or less!

B-players: Firstly, Dell is forming a small team to conduct due diligence on the potential acquisition. While we do not believe this is a serious pursuit at the moment, it is worth noting that Dell has a track record of not shying away from large deals. That being said, we will put Dell with Google as one o the B-players, interested in this deal. More the merrier, you say?
